Why we process your data
If you receive a message from us, it is in the context of business to business commercial prospecting. We contact you because your role or your activity has a direct connection with our offering for industrial food manufacturers.
What data we use
We process professional data only: your last name, your first name, your job title, your company name, your professional email address and, where applicable, your professional phone number. We do not process any data relating to your private life.
Where your data comes from
Your professional contact details come from sources accessible in a professional context: business directories and databases, company websites, professional networks, or prior exchanges with our team.
Legal basis
We rely on our legitimate interest in developing our business to business commercial activity, in accordance with Article 6.1.f of the GDPR. We make sure that this interest respects your rights and your reasonable expectations.
How long we keep your data
Your data is kept for a maximum period of three years from our last contact. Without any reply or interaction on your part beyond this period, it is deleted.
Who has access to your data
Your data is accessible only to the Mountdale EURL team. We may use technical service providers, for example an email sending tool, that process this data on our behalf, under contract and in compliance with the GDPR.
Where your data is hosted
Your prospecting data is hosted within the European Union or in a country recognized by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of protection, such as Switzerland.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data.
You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to nils.fjelddahl@falkthermal.com.
You may also object to any prospecting from us: simply reply to our message or write to this address, and we will stop contacting you and delete your data.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), www.cnil.fr.
