Safe and future-proof: Notes are stored in Markdown, a simple text format that never expires and can be opened by any text editor, ensuring long-term accessibility.
PMTool is intentionally built without communication features. Users continue to rely on the tools provided to them by their organization—such as email, instant messaging, or video calls—for collaboration.
Markdown is used as the universal file format for notes. Because it is plain text, it can be opened with any text editor on any computer, ensuring that your files will always remain readable and accessible in the future, even without PMTool.
How it Works
My Background
“Experience turned into a tool made for real projects.”

With close to 30 years of project management experience in the industrial bakery sector, I bring firsthand knowledge of complex, large-scale projects:

Worked for East Balt Europe, part of all company startups across Europe in the 1990s and 2000s.

Managed the greenfield project of what is now Bimbo QSR Aix-en-Provence in 2010.

Spent a decade as an independent consultant, coordinating major projects including production lines, civil works, and utilities.
This background led me to start designing PMTool for myself, ensuring it is rooted in the real challenges project managers face every day.
